Q2. Forgot your password?

Go to the "Login" page, and click "Forgot your Password", enter the registered email address, the system will automatically send you a Password Reset notification, please follow the steps to reset the Password

Q3. How can I change my profile and pass word?

Please log in to your account, and click “Profile Edit” then change information then click “Update”

Q4. Freight

Within Taiwan main island, free delivery for order above NT$1,000, order less than NTS1,000, the shipping fee is NT$60.

Q5. How to cancel my order?

Q6. How to use the Discount Code?

Please enter the discount code number to the Discount Column to take effect

Q7. How to use the Shopping Point?

If there is a Shopping Point, it will be automatically deducted from the total amount when checking out

Q8. When will be the Shopping Point expired?

The Shopping Points will be expired on December 31st of each Year, and so on

Q9. How to earn the Shopping Point?

For every NT$100 purchase will receive one Shopping Point after the checkout is completed, or simply share your "Exclusive Discount Code" to another Dogbeing.com member, and you can also earn the shopping point once the member complete the purchase.

After logging in, click Membership Center, you will find "Reward Program" bar and click it for detail

Q11. Cannot receive the delivery notice of goods, member e-newsleter?

If you use a free mailbox, the letters which sent by system may be placed in spam
